We keep as little as we can, we use it only to do the thing you asked for, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Caribbean Flavours, 47a Goldhawk Road, London W12 8QP. We are responsible for the information on this page. If you want to ask us anything about your details, email info@caribbeanflavours.co.uk or call 020 3662 7208.

Sending us a message

The form on this site asks for three things: your name, your email address and your message. We use them to read what you sent and to reply — nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list for getting in touch.

Your message arrives as an email in our inbox. We keep enquiries for about a year so we can look back at a conversation, then they go.

Ordering food

We do not take orders or payments on this website. The order buttons send you to Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats, who are separate companies with their own privacy notices. Whatever you type in there, including your address and your card details, goes to them and not to us — we only receive the order itself.

Counting visits

We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts visits without cookies and without anything that identifies you. It tells us how many people looked at the menu this week. It cannot tell us who they were, and that is exactly why we chose it.

Things loaded from elsewhere

Our contact section shows a Google map, and further up the page there is a TikTok video. Those are loaded by Google and TikTok as you view the page, so they can see your internet address and may set their own cookies. Everything else on the page comes from our own server.

The website server

Our server keeps a short record of requests made to the site, including the internet address they came from, and a line for each message sent through the form. We use it to spot someone trying to break in or to flood us with spam, and it is deleted when the site is next updated.

Who else sees any of this

Appy Web Studio, who build and run this website for us, and the email service they use to deliver form messages to our inbox. Both only handle it to provide their service to us. Nobody buys this information from us and nobody is given it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. You can also tell us to stop using it. Just email or call us; you do not need to explain why, and it costs nothing.

If you are not happy

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
